This residential precinct is conceived as a landscape in which buildings, movement and community are closely intertwined. Cascading terraces, courtyards and pocket parks bring planting, sunlight and texture deep into the development, creating a sequence of spaces for arrival, gathering and retreat.

Rather than presenting as a single composition, the precinct is formed by buildings of varied scale and character. Together, they establish a cohesive neighbourhood while responding to different streets, outlooks and patterns of movement.

A network of gardens, terraces, and shared spaces supports the idea of being part of a ‘village’, fostering both community and retreat.

Residents arrive through gardens and shared spaces that encourage chance encounters and extend daily life beyond the apartment. Human-scaled pathways support intuitive movement through the site, while quieter landscaped areas offer privacy and refuge.

Robust materials, textured surfaces and considered detailing give the architecture warmth and permanence. Designed to weather and mature alongside its landscape, the precinct creates a distinctive residential environment grounded in nature, community and belonging.

The precinct layers intimate public spaces to foster connection, belonging, and everyday life.
