This project establishes a residential environment where landscape is integral to daily life. Cascading terraces, courtyards, and pocket parks bring greenery, light, and texture into every level, creating moments of pause and connection.

Buildings respond to context through varied forms and material expression, reflecting local character while maintaining a cohesive identity. Pathways and communal spaces are carefully arranged to encourage movement and social interaction.

A network of gardens, terraces, and shared spaces supports the idea of being part of a ‘village’, fostering both community and retreat.

Residents arrive through gardens, terraces, and communal spaces that foster calm, connection, and wellbeing.

Human-scale streetscapes, textured surfaces, and enduring materials create timeless, distinctive spaces that respond to context and movement, allowing the precinct to evolve gracefully over time.

Conceived as a "village within a village", the precinct layers intimate public spaces to foster connection, belonging, and everyday life.
