The design responds to the cultural and historical context of Warrane, embedding principles of Country into the relationship between architecture, landscape, and public space.

At ground level, laneways, colonnades, and public spaces create a connected and active urban environment.

Flexible workplaces with a side core optimise structural efficiency, circulation, and servicing while maximising daylight, views, and adaptable workplace layouts.
