Each tower responds to its program through a distinct architectural expression, while a common material language unifies the development.

At ground level, the “Green Cutaway” forms the project’s civic heart. This generous landscaped passage draws light, planting and movement through the site, connecting surrounding streets and creating a place to gather, pause and experience seasonal change.
Active edges and clearly defined entrances support an intuitive and welcoming public realm. Above, efficient floor plates provide adaptable workplaces and high-quality homes, while the positioning of the towers protects light, outlook and amenity.
Through the close integration of built form, landscape and public domain, the project transforms a movement corridor into an inhabited urban space and contributes a connected, enduring addition to Parramatta.
