Church Street Parramatta

Building Area: 45,000m²

Date: 2021

Client: Holdmark

This proposal reimagines a key city block in Parramatta as a connected and vibrant urban precinct.

A commercial tower and hotel rise above a network of laneways, plazas, and landscaped public spaces, establishing strong frontages while improving permeability across the site.

"Architecture that breathes; where light, air, landscape, and movement create a space for the senses and the soul."

The office building delivers a flexible, high-performance workplace, while the hotel offers a distinct yet complementary identity. Façade articulation and material selection respond to light, depth, and context.

Public spaces are designed to support gathering, movement, and everyday activity, strengthening links between the site and the broader city.
